By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services
We provide services tailored to the hospitality sector, including but not limited to:
- General bookkeeping (transaction recording, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, BAS preparation, month-end reporting)
- Accounting and financial support and reporting
- Payroll processing and management (including HIGA, Fair Work, and ATO/Single Touch Payroll compliance)
- Strategic CFO consultation, financial planning, and benchmarking
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, engagement letter, or signed service agreement (“Engagement”), which forms part of these Terms. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed Engagement, the Engagement will prevail with respect to that specific service.
Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
To engage our Services, you must be authorised to act on behalf of the business or entity you represent. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, records, and access (including to accounting software, PMS/POS systems, and bank feeds) reasonably required for us to perform the Services;
- Promptly notify us of any changes to your business structure, staffing, awards or industrial instruments, or regulatory circumstances that may affect our Services;
- Retain ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of information you supply to us and for decisions made using our advice or reports;
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our Services, including tax, employment, and privacy laws.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or compliance failures arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you or your staff.
Fees and Payment
- Fees for Services are as set out in your Engagement, quote, or invoice.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
- We reserve the right to charge interest or suspend Services for overdue accounts, subject to any applicable law.
- Quotes provided via the Site (e.g. “Get a Free Quote”) are indicative only and are not binding until confirmed in a formal Engagement.
- All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated to be inclusive.
No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice via the Site
General information published on the Site (including blog content, FAQs, and marketing material) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Specific advice tailored to your circumstances is only provided under a formal Engagement with our qualified staff.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Systems
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is owned by or licensed to Infinity Business Solution and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only, and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent. Any custom reports, templates, or working papers prepared under an Engagement remain subject to the IP terms in that Engagement.
Our Services may also involve integration with third-party Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks). We are not responsible for the performance, security, availability, or accuracy of these third-party systems, which remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Confidentiality, Liability & Indemnity
We treat information you provide as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms in your Engagement. We may disclose information where required by law, to regulators, or to subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: our Services are provided with reasonable care and skill but without guarantee of any particular financial, tax, or business outcome; we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss (including loss of profits or business opportunity); and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Infinity Business Solution, its directors, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or inaccurate information provided by you.
Website Use, Termination & Changes
You agree not to use the Site to transmit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape content without consent. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and the Site may link to third-party websites we do not endorse or control.
Either party may terminate an Engagement per its notice provisions. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or non-payment. We may update these Terms from time to time.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any related dispute.
